Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are based in, and ship from the State of Illinois. Therefore if you also live in Illinois and your order ships within the state of Illinois, we will charge IL sales tax, which is 7.75% locally.

If you live outside of Illinois, and have your order shipped outside of Illinois, your order will be shipped tax-free. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to file for and pay any required local Sales or Use Taxes.

 

I have a question regarding my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

    When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits for return items usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive and your item(s) to your credit card account.

     

      When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged upon checkout of the items in your shopping cart.
