  • How do I create an account?
  • When placing an order with our site, you will have the option of creating an account with us. Having an account is an easy way to keep your all of your order history in one place for future reference.

    2) Enter your email address.
    3) Select "I am a new customer".
    4) Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

  • Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
  • How much is my shipping cost?
  • We do our best to keep our shipping rate low and competitive. Below are our flat-rate shipping programs, and policies for our international and non-contiguous US customers.

    For our customers within the 48 Continental States:
    • Order Value $0.01-$74.99 = $14.95 Flat Rate Shipping
    • Order Value $75.00 or Higher = FREE Shipping!
    For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:

    We will need to give you a separate quotation for the best price and carrier for your shipping destination. When using our on-line order check-out, please choose the "Add Quoted Shipping (AK, HI, PR, Canada" shipping option. You will notice that the current charge for shipping will be "$0.00". We will contact you shortly after placement of your order with the shipping quotation, and will ship your order ONLY UPON YOUR CONSENT.

    For our customers in Canada:

    We will need to give you a separate quotation for the best price and carrier for your shipping destination. When using our on-line order check-out, please choose the "Add Quoted Shipping (AK, HI, PR, Canada" shipping option. You will notice that the current charge for shipping will be "$0.00". We will contact you shortly after placement of your order with the shipping quotation, and will ship your order ONLY UPON YOUR CONSENT.

    Also, shipments to Canada will also be charged a "Customs Clearance Fee" which is charged by the carrier's customs broker. The shipment may also be held for applicable VAT charges, such as GST and PST. These costs are payable by the recipient on-site.

  • Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the "login" box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to your registered email address with your password.

    NOTE: It is our policy not to give password information to you over the phone.
  • How do I return my product?
  • It is our goal that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from QualityWaterForLess.com. If for whatever reason you find that your item does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a refund.

    Return Policy:

    All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number, and must be sent back to the return address that we will give you. This number and address is only obtained by contacting us. Any returns received without a proper return authorization number or address shall be refused.

    NOTE: You may also wish to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us!

    Unused and unopened resalable items, (such as replacement filters, parts, etc.), have a full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply send the item(s) back in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.     You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to QualityWaterForLess.com For your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment as you are responsible for damage that may occur during shipment of the products being returned.

  • I received the wrong product.
  • If you believe that you have ordered the correct product, but that we have mistakenly sent your an incorrect part or product, please notify us promptly (within 72 hours), so we may verify the discrepency. We will immediately dispacth the correct item(s) and make arrangements to get the incorrect product shipped back to us.
